1) Golf in a Box

To redeem your golf voucher please do the following:

Visit shop.yourgolftravel.com/pages/redeem to browse our fantastic range of golf venues that you can choose from.

When you have found your perfect golf venue, call one of our expert team on 0800 043 6644 and quote “Golf in a Box” as well as the reference number that can be found on the back of your voucher. Bookings cannot be made directly with the venues, so please ensure you contact Your Golf Travel to make your booking.

You will receive full written confirmation by email within two hours of booking your golf experience.

Please note the following:

  1. Golf venues will not accept this booking directly.
  2. Vouchers that have a discount applied cannot be redeemed within 7 days of purchase. If you have a specific date it is advised to book this directly with our sales teams. YourGolfTravel.com on 0800 043 6644 or Spabreaks.com on 0800 043 6600
  3. A valid code and reference number must be quoted, when you call. This can be found on your voucher.
  4. Golf in a Box vouchers are non-refundable and is valid for bookings made within six months of the date printed on the front of your voucher.
  5. You can only use your Golf in a Box voucher at one of the venues listed on the Golf in a Box site.
  6. All golf experiences are subject to availability and subject to change. Hotels have the right to change or remove packages from the listing.
  7. Vouchers can be extended for £20 per voucher if requested prior to the expiry date stated on the invite. The Invitation will then be valid for an additional six months from the original date stated on your invite.
  8. Your booking is not complete until you have received full written confirmation via email within two hours.
  9. Golf in a Box is only valid for stays Sunday - Thursday nights.
  10. Accommodation is based on twin/double occupancy. 

2) Spa in a Box

To redeem your spa voucher please do the following:

Visit http://www.spabreaks.com/spa_selection_venues to browse our fantastic range of spa venues that you can choose from. Please select either the Day Spa or Spa Break Tab

When you have found your perfect spa, call one of our expert team on 0800 043 6600 and quote “Spa in a Box” as well as the reference number that can be found on the back of your Invitation. Bookings cannot be made directly with the venues, so please ensure you contact Spabreaks.com to make your booking.

You will receive full written confirmation by email within two hours of booking your spa experience.

Please note the following:

  1. Spa venues will not accept this booking directly.
  2. A valid code and reference number must be quoted, when you call. This can be found on the back of the Invitation.
  3. Spa in a Box Invitations are non-refundable and is valid for bookings made within six months of the date printed on the back of your Invitation.

  8. If you purchase a Spa Day for Two or Spa break for Two you will receive one gift box with a spa experience valid for two people.

3) Golf & Spa in a Box

When you have found your perfect venue, call one of our expert team on 0800 043 6600 and quote “Golf & Spa in a Box” as well as the reference number that can be found on the back of your Invitation. Bookings cannot be made directly with the venues, so please ensure you contact Spabreaks.com to make your booking.

You will receive full written confirmation by email within two hours of booking your spa experience.

Please note the following:

  1. Venues will not accept this booking directly.

Contract
Your Golf Travel LTD operates and manages the web site www.yourgolftravel.com and trades in the United Kingdom under the name and branding of Your Golf Travel LTD. The contract for the Gift Voucher Golf Experience is between you and Your Golf Travel LTD, but please note the fulfilment of the Golf Experience is by a third party supplier/venue.

Voucher
The unique identification code on the overleaf of your voucher must be given to Your Golf Travel LTD before you can commence the booking of a Golf Experience.

All vouchers are valid for six months; the expiry date is clearly stated on each voucher. If a voucher is not used before this time, the voucher is completely non-refundable and will no longer be valid.

Only one discounted voucher can be used on any single booking and vouchers can't be used to pay balances on pre-standing bookings. If more than one discounted voucher has been purchased only the cash amount paid for the remaining vouchers can be used to make a booking.

Discounted vouchers can't be used in conjunction with other offers.

All dates will be subject to availability.

Booking
It is very important to contact Your Golf Travel to pre-arrange a date for your Golf Experience. If you arrive unannounced you will not be able to redeem the voucher and participate in your Golf Experience. Your Golf Travel recommends booking at least six to eight weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. This is only a guideline and Your Golf Travel recommends you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date on the voucher.

Golf Experience
The description of the Golf Experience on the voucher is correct at the time of promotion on the Your Golf Travel website; however, venues do reserve the right to make changes to the Golf Experience without notice.

The Golf Experience offered is subject to availability. In the event of a cancellation of a Golf Experience by the venue, Your Golf Travel LTD vouchers cannot be exchanged within one month of their expiry date.

Exchanges
All open-dated experience vouchers can be exchanged for any other experience offered on the Your Golf Travel website, subject to the payment of any difference in price. The voucher may be exchanged only once. If the substituted experience is higher in price than the original experience purchase price then the voucher holder will need to pay the difference, if it is lower in price then the difference will be issued in further vouchers by Your Golf Travel.

Expiry
The expiry date of the voucher is on the reverse of the voucher.

The expiry date is non-negotiable.

Refunds
Your Golf Travel will refund the vouchers in full if returned to them in full within 14 days of purchase. After this, all vouchers bought from Your Golf Travel are completely non-refundable.

Cancellation
Once an experience is booked for a specific date there may be cancellation charges applied by the venue if that booking is cancelled. In some cases, this cancellation charge may be the full experience cost.

Loss of voucher
In the event of a lost voucher, Your Golf Travel can issue a new voucher for an administration fee of £25, subject to proof of purchase being provided.

Complaints
The Golf Experience is fulfilled by the supplier and not Your Golf Travel LTD.

Your Golf Travel has made every effort to monitor the services of the supplier but Your Golf Travel does not provide any warranty or guarantee as to the supplier’s performance or safety standards. If you have a complaint during the Golf Experience please bring it to the attention of the supplier as soon as possible so that they can address the issue immediately.

Exclusion of liability
Whilst Your Golf Travel LTD makes every effort to monitor the experience fulfilled by the supplier, any liability incurred by the customer or the recipient caused by the supplier’s negligence is the responsibility of the supplier and not Your Golf Travel.

Your Golf Travel shall not be liable for the death or personal injury of the customer, recipient or third party unless it is due to the negligence of Your Golf Travel.

Your Golf Travel shall have no liability for damage to property, consequential loss or expenses suffered, which includes but is not limited to loss of anticipated earnings, profits, goodwill, reputation, business receipts or contracts, losses or expenses, resulting in third party claims.

Statutory rights
Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect your statutory rights. These terms and conditions are subject to the law of England and Wales. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
